Terms & Conditions
- Payments will be returned if a class has to be cancelled due to minimum numbers not being achieved, or staff illness or other issues that will effect the running of the class
- Epic Dance Academy or any of their staff are not responsible for any loss or injury during the session.
- Epic Dance Academy reserves the right to remove from our programme, without refund, anyone who is found to be bullying, misbehaving or displaying disruptive behaviour.
- You must declare all medical conditions during registration and keep us up-to-date should this change by emailing/calling us at, epicdanceacademy@live.co.uk.
- Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been received. Paid spaces will be given priority.
- You must refrain from bringing your child to class if they have had any form of illness within 48 hours of the class.
- We don't issue refunds for missed sessions due to your own circumstances
- Fees are calculated on a pro rata basis. All class fees will exclude bank holidays and school holidays as no classes will run in those periods. For example, there will be 38 weeks for weekday classes throughout the year and 39 Saturdays for weekend classes throughout the year.
- Fees will be taken on the 1st of every month and split over a 12 month period (including August).
- To cancel a students place, you must email epicdanceacademy@live.co.uk, at least 14 days before the 1st of the next month.
- If there are any sessions missed sure to typical bad weather, Epic Dance Academy will offer a make-up session, or parents will be refunded.
- Parents / Guardians are not allowed to sit in on students classes
- All Epic Dance Academy Merchandise and Uniform MUST be purchased via Epic Dance Academy. Printing from external suppliers/printers is not permitted.
